If an account received a punishment, a Tibia Rule has been violated using
one of
its characters. For this reason, the account has been excluded both from
the game
and the forum, or received a notation as a warning.

Check your criminal record there to see the reason for the punishment. If
you do
not understand the reason, or if you would like to protest against the
punishment,
you can complain about it. To do so, please view the corresponding entry in
your
criminal record and click on "Complain".
Once you have complained, your complaint will be answered by the gamemaster
who
has imposed the punishment as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied
with the
reply, you can forward your complaint to the head gamemaster, who is a
member of
CipSoft customer support. To do so, please tick the box in the complaint
function.
The head gamemaster's decision is final.
If the gamemaster does not reply within seven days, your complaint will
automatically be forwarded to the head gamemaster.
