Dungeons available for Non Lord players but with a Higher cooldown time

Hi guys, my suggestion is to make the dungeons available for Free players but with a longer cooldown, because the Non Lord Folk, should have the experience to participate in dungeons as well and it would be better if all the content in game is available for all the Free Folk.
