It's time to bring something old yet fresh to the table.
Another noobwar server, which however is very different from the previous ones.
For this project I've tried my best to give it more of a "serious" war feeling while preserving the noobish feel.
A great deal of focus has been put into balancing various elements, not just vocations.
The idea is to make it as fair as possible and not have ridiculous gaps in level, healing & power.
This also includes advantages botters would normally have over non botters, as well as the advantage donators have over non donators.
Donates can be obtained in game & only give a small boost
Here's a list of general information:
min lvl 13 - max lvl 40 (it's not easy to lvl up)
starting skills (50 to 60) - max skills 90
rates get boosted (otherwise it's 1x), but costs 1 soul/6 min.
soul can be refilled by killing players. All players receive 10 soul at midnight.
You can have max 100 soul (equivalent to 10h)

Anti stairjump (you get paralyzed & pushed back if you're jumping)
Unique paralyze system - it's weaker but stacks (can only be removed with haste spells)

When you kill a player they will drop a random amount of death notes (in the corpse)
& all killers receive a "heart of the deceased".
a stack of 100 death notes can be clicked to receive points.
100 hearts can be exchanged for exp eggs or traded for gps.
